Escalade pop star was being chased by a paparazzi vehicle when the singer was hit by a BMW.

   Justin Bieber reportedly was involved in a car accident in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon - with police confirming that he was not driving.

TMZ reports the young singer and his team were involved in an altercation with a young woman he thought was taking pictures of the star on your mobile phone.

The incident occurred at Sherman Oaks Castle Park where Bieber was playing minigolf.

The woman claims Bieber demanded to see his phone so I could delete the pictures, but when she refused to hand over his phone, he reached into her bag and grabbed it.

She says he snatched it from his hands and the woman tried to fight him in his hand, but could not access the pictures because the phone was locked.

Justin demanded that she unlock and showed he had not taken any snaps.

" She says she told Justin that she and her 13 year old daughter just wanted to say hello ," reports TMZ, " Justin and shouted," You humble yourself before your daughter. Why do not you go here? "

His daughter and then began to mourn and she later filed a complaint with the LAPD.

Police are now determining whether a crime was committed.
